Gusset
The gusseted pillow is bordered by a strip of fabric to create side walls for the pillow. When filled, this maintains the high loft (puffy) appearance of the pillow, to the extent of the gusset. The gusset design means your pillow stays fluffy to the very edge, providing excellent head and neck alignment and allowing the fill to fully loft.
